Roof is covered using D-LOCK-T 100 as the lower layer (cassette), assembled of the following layers:

• Lower panel – perforated D-LOCK-T 100 cassettes, galvanized and painted according to the architect’s preferences. Cassette height is 100 mm; thickness according to the distance between purlins. The cassette will be inlaid with 3” thick, 12 kg/m3 dense glass wool (or more).
• 12 mm thick OSB boards will be placed over the glass wool and attached to the cassettes. The OSB boards will be treated against flammability.
• The OSB boards will be painted with a primer with 2 perfected bituminous sheets laid on top. The bottom sheet is 4 mm thick and the top sheet is 5 mm thick including aggregated granule and peripheral finishing.
• Corniced roof finishing as per the architect’s design will be done with one element according to the roof geometry.
• Hidden eave made of galvanized metal 2 mm thick, assembled onto galvanized steel profiles.
